A global food and beverage company is looking for an eCommerce Operations Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Optimise and enhance all product details pages for mobile and desktop
* Supervise digital asset management and HTML content for global and local campaigns, ensuring website alignment with best practices
* Report backend and frontend errors, discussing improvements with the B2C eCommerce Manager regularly
* Provide web-ready marketing materials using internal CMS tools and predefined specifications
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing with IS or IT stakeholders
* Serve as technical support for resolving website issues related to CMS or other web systems
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Experience in digital and eCommerce activities (content and optimisation)
* Prior experience in HTML across multiple CMS, CSS, or Javascript
* Understanding of Google Analytics Premium
* Familiarity with UX design best practices
* Skilled in A/B testing tools, Google Optimize is an asset
* Proficient in Japanese and English
