An international financial services company is looking to fill a Finance Manager position.Responsibilities:
* Lead financial planning and adjustments based on performance
* Collaborate with leaders to refine assumptions in models
* Ensure integrity in financial reporting
* Provide regular financial reviews for senior management
* Develop relationships to understand activities impacting financial performance
* Monitor spending alignment with operating plans
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of FP&A experience
* Experience in operational accounting
* Prior experience in an international environment
* Knowledge of Accounting principles (J-GAAP & IFRS)
* Fluent level English
