・Managing project schedule, budget, outputs, and customer satisfaction
・Lead executions until successful handover to operations team
・Analyzing customer requirements and working with developers for functional development
・Building an efficient delivery process for mass production* Creating OKR and measuring required metrics

・At least 3 years of experience with team management
・At least 5 years of experience with customer project management at IT/industrial industry or related experience at consulting firms (including vendor management)
・At least 3 years of experience in process or product development/improvement
・Ability to read and write technical document in English and to communicate with customers in Japanese fluently
*English level: Business
*Japanese level: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)

・Understanding of safety and risk assessments
・Project management certification
・Good understanding of safety regulations in the automotive or industrial machinery industry and experience in risk assessments
