Responsibilities:

* Manage distributors and enhance service levels for end users
* Represent the organisation with customers, build relationships, and ensure satisfaction
* Support new product introductions and identify opportunities from unmet needs
* Assist development projects at key accounts and collaborate with the regional technical team
* Contribute to sales and business development plans for the personal care business
* Support the implementation of strategic plans for local markets and new business development

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, polymer science, or engineering is a plus
* 10-15 years of experience in B2B business
* Experience in the personal care industry is ideal
* Proficient in English
