仕事内容: 国内の賃貸不動産のアクイジション
• Support Chief Investment Officer in formulating investment and asset management strategy for the Group’s living sector assets in Japan
• Support efforts to develop investment strategy and generate deal flow pipeline.
• Identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, underwriting, structuring and executing transactions in Japan.
• Conduct and coordinate various due diligence work streams including but not limited to legal, financial, tax, technical and ESG due diligence for potential investments
•Project manage investment and divestment processes
• Support the planning and implementation of strategies around asset management
• Review and identify asset enhancement opportunities and improve asset portfolio’s financial return and revenue performance.
• Manage the Group’s Japan living sector portfolio, ensuring they are diversified and aligned with the organisation's investment strategies and risk tolerance.

応募資格

必須: • Degree in Real Estate or Finance or Business Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the real estate investment management / REIT/ fund industry
• Asset Management experience in the multifamily sector is preferred.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Good business acumen, judgement, and commercial sense with sound understanding of property regulations, finance, legal and accounting/ tax issues in relation to real estate investments and developments in local and regional property markets.
•Strong skills in financial analysis; reporting and research and negotiation skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in a dynamic market.
• This role is based in Japan
