ジャパン社のE-commerceビジネスの責任者として、売り上げ拡大を目指して頂きます。MAIN PURPOSE:
This position will drive high growth of the company’s digital businesses, including direct site, third party online partnerships, and omni-channel connections. The targeted candidate will have experience in
1) developing a multi-year strategic plan, 2) managing an eCommerce P&L across multiple online channels, 3) managing role & responsibilities across a ecosystem consisting of 3P vendors and internal support team, 4) technical knowledge for platform upgrades, etc. Key cross-functional works will include working closely with 1) Marketing to manage a digital marketing budget thru demand goals and data analytics, 2) Merchandising to develop the assortment strategy, 3) IT for site enhancements that effect ERP integration and omni-channel connections, etc. This role will also work closely with the Digital Commerce & Digital Marketing teams and other HQ counterparts to ensure a globally consistent brand message on the site and all digital collateral. English and Japanese fluency required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Commercial Operations and Business Analysis: Build and manage P&L for the eCommerce. Report sales on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and identify key trends in the business. Analyze site performance and hit KPI targets.
• Develop rolling multi-year Strategic Plan
• Third Party partnerships: Manage network of various third party partners.
• Review sales trends and identify further business development opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to lead operational process improvement measures.
• Execute eCommerce strategies with being a partner of Digital Marketing, who supports the site and overall brand presence online
• Team Development: Manage staff and develop plan to increase skill level, ecommerce expertise, and cross-functional effectiveness

1. 10+ years’ experience managing eCommerce businesses, preferably in footwear/accessories/apparel within a vertically integrated retailer, experience working across price points and categories
2. Experience in managing similar sized teams with multiple layers and track record in professional development
3. Comfort level in various platforms, including SFCC
4. Strong analytical skills, comfort with large data and excel modeling a must.
5. Experience in building strong digital marketing programs, managing a budget and recommending best allocation strategy to maximize ROI
6. Ability to manage vendors and go through selection process if necessary. Strong network of vendors in Japan is a huge plus.
7. Strong understanding of product trends and analysis to provide guidance to merchandising teams.
8. Strong presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate with the sales team, merchandising team, and overseas based colleagues.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English to work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
10. Team-oriented and open-minded, but also frank and decisive when necessary.
