・Lead the development and execution of our market entry and team expansion in Japan, while identifying and proactively managing market/ project-related risks.
・Collaborate on leadership level with the National Sales Center and dealership networks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and alignment with stakeholders' expectations.
・Demonstrate a sensitive understanding of potential risks and proactively address upcoming challenges to ensure high delivery quality and project results.
・Ensure that the business case aligns with our framework and performance goals, facilitating effective decision-making.
・Navigate and ensure compliance with Japanese regulations, including those specific to the automotive industry.
・Foster a culture of continuous improvement across operations, technology and services to strengthen our relationships with partners and stakeholders.

- 必須
-
・Proven leadership experience (15+ years) in the automotive industry
・Worked with local OEMs or premium importers.
・Experienced in marketing, sales, aftersales and within a dealer development context, understanding dealership setup, business model, operations, end-to-end processes, core systems and financial management.
・Profound knowledge with OEM System-landscapes e.g., Dealer & Customer Relationship Management Systems
・Rollout experience, technical acumen, and in-depth knowledge of Japanese (autom.) market dynamics.
・Continuously demonstrated analytical skills, problem solving, project management and expertise in client and stakeholder management.
・Native in Japanese and business level in english.
※Japanese Language Skills: Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
