You will play a pivotal role in the integration of our security and enterprise products. Working directly with our clients, you will manage the service offering and help improve their security posture. You will collaborate with teams internally, from implementation stage to sign-off, ensuring that we deliver stellar solutions.
You will be responsible for:
・Being the central point of contact for customers and cross-functional teams regarding the delivery of Security Services
・Partnering with customers to understand their technical and business needs, to ensure customer success
・Partnering with the Product teams to bring customers' feedbacks on solutions and stick to their needs
・Working with other technical experts to solve problems and demonstrate our values
・Managing the deliverables while working closely with other teams to ensure the success of the account
・Contributing and collaborating with the wider team globally to facilitate the continuous improvement of processes

To be successful in this role you will:
・Have experience as a Consultant for Web Security
・Be familiar with security technology, process and concepts, security event management, or security compliance
・Have some knowledge of implementation concepts that deal with web development, IT systems or security practice
・Demonstrate knowledge of Project Management concepts and techniques
・Have experience with customer-facing communication and building trusting relationships with customers
・Be fluent in Japanese and speak business level English
