- 仕事内容

• You will be responsible for sourcing all beauty products for our Japan boxes, focusing on the best product mix for the box according to the theme of each month
• You will build unique partnerships with local or global cosmetic brands, including the organization of important B2B events to strengthen our partner relationships
• You will disrupt the Japan beauty market with a tailored and consultative approach by proposing our customized solutions and media/marketing plans to our beauty partners
• You will act as an interface between our suppliers and internal stakeholders, such as the product, supply chain and marketing teams and will work closely with our HQ on global collaborations
• You will keep your portfolio performance in check and create regular reportings

Must:
• Native-level Japanese
• Business-level English
• General understanding of marketing / e-commerce and performance KPIs
• High level of motivation, are a team player and have a hands-on mentality
• Basic excel (google spreadsheet), powerpoint (google slides) skills
• B2B sales experience
Welcome skills:
• Experience in the beauty industry or being passionate about the beauty industry is a big plus
• 2 years experience in planning sales, advertisement sales experience will be really appreciated
