• Design and execute all aspects of the Risk Management Framework, in line with Group’s risk framework.
• Partner with risk owners in the business to execute the RCSA program, ensuring results are documented appropriately and are actionable
• Manage the operational risk life cycle
• Conduct risk assessments on all areas that poses a threat to the company, and identify opportunities with relevant stakeholders to enhance controls and/or perform risk mitigation
• Map operational processes and work with process owners to identify enhancements and efficiencies.
• Build and monitor Key Risk Indicators, escalating changes to the risk profile to risk owners, including breaches of risk appetite limits, and identifying remedial strategies to bring exposures within tolerance.
• Conduct root cause analysis on events/incidents and agree on resolution and control enhancements with process owners
• Prepare Risk Management Reports
• Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the risk department

- 必須

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and standard accounting software packages.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese. Chinese a plus.
• Multi-tasker; capable of working on multiple projects at one time, often under pressure.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements of the regulators and exchanges.
