地区営業マネージャーとして、当社の輸送、革新的ソリューション事業部内の営業部門のリーダーシップを発揮していただきます。Drive sales activities to expand our focused products to support profitable growth within assigned districts of automotive OEMs and Tiers.
私たちのチーム 部下2~3名
Build pipelines with strategic approach and align with business units.
Collaborate with other sales function and other business unit to expand the business pipelines.
Create the right environment and develop people to become contribution motivated mindset.
Build the relationship/connection with senior management at OEM.
Support all activities to improve profitability on on-going projects.
Monitor and maintain current business and take actions as necessary.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the director.

- 必須
-
3 to 5 successful years of sales experience.
People management experience 3 – 5 years.
Knowledge of automotive industry of OEM and Tier1.
Sales skills that demonstrate the ability to successfully negotiate and close a case.
New business development success.
Well-developed interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to build rapport with external contacts and give guidance and advice to direct reports.
Native-level Japanese language capabilities and high-business English language capabilities.

In depth understanding of automotive industry, supply chain, value chain.
Experience working at a domestic automotive supplier.
Proven problem solving capabilities.
Knowledge of Tier 1 customer base.
Previous automotive business experience through OEM or Tier1 with automotive electronics.
Business experiences for connectors, cables and Electric components.

- 想定年収:1000万円~1200万円程度(応相談)※ご経験・スキルに応じて検討します。
