・Lead strategic planning and tactical execution for Primary Care/Vaccines/Specialty brand(s) in respective therapeutic areas for Japan
・Plan/manage brand P&L by effectively allocating resources to maximize the value of the brands for short-/mid-term and the lifecycle
・Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and academic societies, and obtaining professional inputs from them
・Develop materials and tools used for effective promotion across omni channel approaches and manage external agencies to work with
・Plan and utilize opportunities from the knowledge gained from patient Journey, competitive landscape, and patient/customer insights.
・Drive marketing & engagement plans/activities by taking various factors into account; market insight, competitor benchmark, customer segment and targeting, customer needs, policy and regulation trends, compliance and execution risks, business impact on the company, ex-Japan/ ex-pharma best practices etc.

・Demonstrate initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments
・Strong project and process management skills along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize
・3-5 years of experience in Marketing management in Primary Care/Vaccines/Specialty areas
・Experience in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension areas preferred

- 年俸制:650万円 ~ 1500万円(ご経験による)
