アパレル/ラグジュアリー/スポーツ業界でのMD経験を活かせます(複数Category担当可能)• Responsible for LG/RTW/ACC/ License buying and the entire merchandising activities
MD Manager~Merchandiser*Playing(部下なし)
年1~2回の海外出張の可能性あり
• Monitor sales and sell-through and initiate appropriate strategies and tactics to optimize stock and boost sales
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and propose appropriate action to take to boost the sales
• Creating seasonal launch plan, focus products, pop-up initiatives based on Global launch calendar
• Seasonal product training to Retail & eComm team, and Store Managers + adhoc training for store staff participating in events such as Popups
• Analyze and create reorders to merchandisers through monitoring sales & inventory progress
• Lead and execute promotional events together with Visual Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, and eCommerce teams
• Control product delivery in order to achieve launch plan dates and events, co-working with Logistics team
• Monitor quality issues along with QC team, report to HK Quality team for future improvement
etc.

- 必須

• Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years relevant retail experience (fashion, leather goods, accessories, shoes…etc.)
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• A creative and motivated team player with the personal initiative to achieve goals
• Good sense, passion and knowledge on fashion and retail business
• Ability to work collaboratively with others, as well as independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PPT, Word
• Business Japanese and English
