<SNS Marketing または Email Marketingのご経験が活かせます>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Newsletter Operations
Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute email marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives.
Segmentation and Targeting: Segment the email subscriber list based on various criteria to ensure highly targeted and personalized email campaigns. Continuously refine and optimize segmentation strategies.
Global Content Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the global content is well localized and aligned with local strategy.
Local Content Coordination: Create compelling and relevant local email content, including copywriting and designing email templates. Collaborate with the central teams to ensure visually appealing and effective email campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key email marketing KPIs and provide regular reports on campaign performance. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
New Initiatives: Coordinate the new initiative process such as conducting A/B Testing with central, improve the automated email performance, etc…
2. Social CRM & Digital Marketing Projects
LINE Mini App: Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to execute the strategy defined by E-Commerce Managements.
LINE Marketing Automation: Ensure the quality of the experience and optimize the performance.
New Digital Marketing Projects: Be part of or take the lead in new digital marketing projects.
3. Content Management
Web Content Management: Coordinate the local content request with central counterpart.
Translation Management: Review and give feedback on the Japanese translation output by the external agency. Align with PR team for the tone of the voice and make our voice consistent.

- 必須

• Proven experience in email marketing and web content management, preferably in luxury fashion industry.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Sales Force Marketing Cloud).
• Copywriting and content creation skills.
• Native Japanese and fluent in English.
• Adept at A/B testing and data analysis.
• Knowledge of email marketing regulations and best practices.
• Excellent project coordination, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
