• People management of the clinical operations team (CTMs, associate CTMs and Document Manager)
• Supporting clinical operation team including actual practices in relation to clinical operations
• Overseeing clinical operation to assure that
o clinical trials are run complying GCP, SOP, guidelines and regulatory requirements consistently
o clinical trials are run to meet projects requirements and objectives according to agreed planning, prioritisation and budget
• Resource and schedule planning of a trial including the selection of appropriate vendors
• Participation in cross-departmental & regional working groups on SOP development and revision, improvement of operation processes, quality review board.
• Representation to the Japanese clinical operation team to the global operation team
• Project management if necessary

- 必須
-
<Mandatory>
• Min 4-5 years leadership experience
• Min 10 years of experience with operation of clinical trials
• Japanese (Fluent), English (Available for negotiation)
<Preferred>
• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or science related field: MSc. or BSc.
• Fundamental knowledge of therapeutic area and products, preferred.

• Ability to initiate and develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability and initiative to work both independently, and in a cross-functional team environment.
• Presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and planning kills with thorough attention to detail ensuring timely follow-through.
