• Processing portfolio data and creating reports for monthly ABS Servicer reporting to maintain existing deals
• On-going portfolio analysis for ABS program
• Support ABS project for new ABS deal.
• Secure Liquidity for the Asia-Pacific Treasury
• Adopt our-Funding Strategy to each market within Asia-Pacific Treasury
• Maintain and develop Debt Capital Market Program
• Introduce all local available funding diversification opportunities in accordance with HQ-Treasury
• Negotiate and coordinate local bank facilities
• Direct reporting into Head of Treasury for Asia-Pacific Treasury in Japan and functional reporting to local managements and Treasury Coordination for Asia-Pacific region
Most important functions:
• Ensure the mandatory ABS Reporting to all related parties
• Support ABS structuring for documentations and data creation
• Support DCM program update
• Negotiate and coordinate all Bank-line issues in Asia-Pacific Treasury business and collaborate with Treasury etc

Experience and Knowledge
• Minimum 5-year work experience in banking, securities and/or financial services industry
• Minimum 4 years professional experience in Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Trading and/or Corporate Treasury
• ALM knowledge especially interest rate and liquidity risk measures and management
• Knowledge of Derivatives for interest rate hedges
• Knowledge and experience of local and international Debt Capital Markets
• Extensive PC skills (MS Excel, Power point and VBA etc)
• Must have a securitization knowledge and experience would be an advantage
• SAP knowledge and experience would be an advantage
• Good communication skills in Japanese and in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management related degree is preferred
