JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction and help of the Brand Manager, Assistant Manager, Marketing, is responsible for regional brand marketing activities – planning, executing, and reporting – that align with global marketing strategies for Japan market. This newly created role develops regional brand communication and seasonal launch plans; works closely with third party agencies such as PR and creative agencies; oversees one associate member who is in charge of trade marketing and social; arranges E-com contents and coordinates on-time delivery of brand assets; and assists Brand Manager with GTM processes. This individual must have knowledge of new and digital media. This role will include working cross-functionally with other teams to deliver a cohesive brand communication experience across all channels.

Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with communication or marketing focus preferred.
• Digital marketing knowledge necessary
Work Experience:
• Must have at least 6 years of brand communication/PR experience, preferably in footwear, apparel, or related consumer goods industry.
• Proven, successful track record in effective marketing planning and execution.
• Experience working effectively in global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents.
• Experience in social media content development such as TikTok.
Skills/Competencies:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
• Must have abilities to handle communication with global headquarter
• Ability to travel domestically and abroad
• Ability to assist with event and promotional execution
