Responsible to manage loyalty programs and promotion activities based on the market activation plan to drive traffic to the stores, conversion, VPT and repurchase.
Individual responsibilities:
Responsible for orchestrating the implementation of the market activation plan across different teams and ensuring activations drive brand awareness, desirability, purchase and re purchase to achieve brand and business objectives.
• Plans and executes all CRM / Promotion activities according to the market activation plans and global guidelines and policies. This includes any activities related to the integration of on- and offline CRM activities, GWPs, etc.
• Is responsible for increasing and strengthening the consumer loyalty base in all programs
• Is responsible to ensure the correctness of mass customer data and for orchestrating any data cleansing activities.
• Plans and executes to communicate defined CRM / Promotion targets and supports the CRM / Promotion success monitoring on POP level
etc.

- 必須

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a fashion and retail environment or
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar CRM / Promotions role in a Consumer Goods Business
• Experience working with loyalty programs and promotions
• Advanced verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Local language business proficiency and basic English skills (for non-English speaking markets)
