• Create an appropriate range plan from CCC (Creation center Carlsbad) and CCT (Creation center Tokyo) product for APAC and GCA.
• Provide commercial input to both creation centers (CCC&CCT) and global merchandising team.
• Reporting each market demand and condition to global merchandising team.
• Adapt the global range selection to APAC market and manage the relevant processes including SMU.
• Develop the perspective that reflects markets needs and remain responsible for Golf Category financials (Net Sales, Standard Margin etc)
• Plan and execute the mid and long-term strategy with brand marketing team.
• Develop the category roadmap and initiate / lead the business development action.
• Control model / article number for each season in order to improve the efficiency.
• Understand elements and dynamics that drive APAC markets’ behavior and performance as well as following global guidance and instruction.
