Account Executive/Manager, Footwear WholesalePRIMARY FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of Account Executive/Manager is to execute the brand’s strategy and to drive and deliver financial goals by developing strong partnership and maximize business opportunities with trade customers.
PRIMARY FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and implement effective wholesale activities for trade customers for footwear category, such as department store, national retailer/distributor of sporting goods and “select shop” for the assigned categories.
• Propose, negotiate and implement product offering plan as well as promote Special Make-Ups (SMU) to existing/new trade customers to maximize sell-in opportunity.
• Propose, promote and implement effective retail marketing communication / tools / materials to drive sell-out on retail front.

- 必須

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general wholesale business of sporting goods, particularly footwear.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in working in B-to-B such as with national chain sports/footwear retailers, such as Mega Sport, Xebio/Victoria, ABC Mart, G-FOOT and CHIYODA, as well as “select shop” (fashion account) such as BEAMS, SHIPS and BAY CREWS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Native level written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
• Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent working experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of fashion/FMCG business a plus.
• Intermediate written and verbal communications skills in English a plus.
• Experience in multi-national environment a plus.
