An international software solution services company is searching for a Technical Support Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Examine and interpret outcomes and algorithm results
* Supervise on-demand service components
* Meet all obligations outlined in CS Level Agreements
* Check back with customers to confirm resolution
* Collaborating with other departments about customer concerns
* Share in after-hours maintenance and on-call responsibilities
Requirements:
* Post-secondary degree or above in a relevant field
* 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Support position supporting external customers on a software solution (SaaS based company is ideal)
* 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain or ERP
* Knowledge of relevant case tracking applications (CRM)
* Understanding of the Windows Server environments
* Possess a valid APICS (CPIM or CSCP) is preferred
* Proficient in English and Japanese
