多数の革新的な製品を有する外資系バイオ製薬会社で、Public Affairs（製品広報・ペイシェントリレーションズ/オンコロジー領域）【ディレクター】職を募集いたします！Reporting to the head of Public Affairs for Japan, this role is primarily responsible for our oncology therapeutic area including product and pipeline communications, patient relations and advocacy and related internal and corporate communications within Japan. This position will be spending approximately 50% of their time on our oncology cell therapy business working closely with the cell therapy business team in Japan and the global Cell therapy Public Affairs team in the U.S. This position will also work closely with the cross-functional Japanese team, in addition to Public Affairs colleagues at the global, regional and country level.

・Typically requires a BA degree in communications, business or science-oriented field proven relevant experience, which includes ten+ years healthcare communication experience
・Fluency in Japanese and English is essential
・Demonstrated experience in media relations, issues management and internal communications; knowledge of healthcare and industry media and reporting trends
・Must have experience with public relations tactics and resources and the relationship of those tactics to other department roles and functions
・Experience in oncology, rare diseases, and/or hospital communications
・Oncology experience is essential
・Ability to understand and accurately communicate complex science

（PR代理店経験（メディアリレーションやプレスリリース等の広報マテリアル作成経験のある方
かつPR代理店経験者の場合は製薬企業経験が2～3年ある方）

・Experience managing multiple projects (timelines, budgets, priorities) simultaneously; flexibility and results-oriented focus are essential
・Must have experience with communication tactics and resources and the relationship of those tactics to other department roles and functions, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Government Affairs
・Demonstrated experience in media relations, issues management and knowledge of healthcare and industry media
・Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
・Demonstrated knowledge of regulations and principles specific to communications for a biopharmaceutical company
・Knowledge of the Japanese political/health policy environment, including processes and key stakeholders, is strongly preferred

1900万円～2300万円（目安） 年俸制
※上記年収には、インセンティブボーナスを含む。別途、RSUあり。
