Job Summary:
[Buying/Merchandising]
In cooperation with Merchandising, responsible for the product order and the establishment of the products quantity among the entire Area/Region of Responsibility
Following Merchandising guidelines and in cooperation with Retail Planning Function, defines the product order and the seasonal replenishment for the entire Area and the single stores.
Purchase budget forecasting and planning by season with Retail Planning Function.
Follow up with stock delivery schedules and portfolio orders.
Stock balancing for assigned locations by priority.
Manage stock depletion with outlets.
Ensure that all stores receive the correct level of stock within the store events, festival promotion and sales peaks, and allocate stocks to support the events
Identify risks and opportunities on stock level and propose actions to finance and merchandising.
Prepare all of the monthly reports per networks with qualitative comments along with the analysis focus on stocks level and sales trend per product line.
[Market and Product]
Lead a team that performs analysis, through a stable presence in the stores of their area of responsibility, the market distinctiveness in terms of trend, competitor positioning and customer characteristics.
Has a presence in the stores to verify the product sales, the appropriate assortment and the product display.
Constantly monitors the sales trends to ensure each store in the region has a proper product assortment and a sell through optimization.
[Visual Merchandising]
Lead the Visual Merchandising team, sharing the necessary product information for a cohesive product display inside the store and in the windows. The information is based on the sales trend, the customer characteristics and the market
Steadily cooperates with Visual Merchandising for the equipment of the stores installation, ensuring the appropriate presence of product and its rotation between the stores and its windows.

[QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE]
• +10 years of progressive Merchandising Managerial experience in luxury fashion
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Experience in Retail and/or Luxury Goods Industry a plus
• Proficient knowledge of computer packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
[Other]
• Has a thorough knowledge of the history of custom and luxury
• Passion and high motivation for the Luxury environment
• Good analytical ability and data analysis
• Aligned to the Brand identity and detail oriented, with strong coaching and communication skills
• Product Knowledge centric and a passion for luxury goods
• Strong Leadership competency
• International and domestic travel as needed
