A Field Service Engineer position is now available at a semiconductor manufacturer.Responsibilities:
* Handle delivery of services to assigned customers
* Ensure systems operate at the client's expected performance
* Conduct on-site installation, calibration, repair, maintenance, etc.
* Performs timely site problem management operations
* Negotiate on alternative solutions and track of activities
* Guide clients on factors that may affect the operation of the systems
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, robotics, computer science, mechanical engineering or related field
* More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor sector
* Ability and willingness to travel frequently out of home base
* Expertise in semiconductor device manufacturer is a plus
* Fluent level written and reading English
