A leading American technology company is searching for a Renewal Sales Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Oversee renewal experience in collaboration with assigned customer success manager
* Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
* Boost subscription revenue from current customer accounts
* Assist in product positioning and price update
* Assist customer with migrating onto new packaging and licensing models
* Ensure timely renewal rate
* Prepare customer proposals and contracts
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in renewals, sales or account management
* Experience in negotiation and communicating with procurement departments
* Customer-facing and organisational skills
* Ability to develop relationships in cross-functional teams
* Ability to manage customer quoting, contracts and terms
