大手会計ファームグループ内のシェアードサービス会社【Responsibilities】
?Draft, review, and negotiate with speed a broad spectrum of commercial agreements, including professional services agreements, subcontracting agreements, NDAs, releases, RFP conditions, government procurement agreements, dispatch worker agreements, secondment agreements, vendor agreements, agreements related to M&A activity, data privacy or security agreements, antisocial forces and other compliance-related agreements, and various addenda and riders to each.
?Proactively document learnings to build legal advice repositories for future scalability to reduce attorney time spent on repetitive tasks.
?Draft and revise templates, including proactive advice on template creation or consolidation to further enhance simplicity and scalability.
?Advise stakeholders on labor/employment, compliance, and internal investigation issues.
?For Japan-qualified attorneys, provide subject matter expertise on Japanese law issues, including labor l

【Required skills】
?Be open to learning and embracing not only new areas of law but also our network policies, guidelines, positions and practices in Japan and at global level.
?High ability to communicate verbally and in writing, effectively with various stakeholders both in Japanese and in English, in relation to both legal and commercial matters.
【Minimum qualifications】
?Qualified to practice law in Japan or another internationally recognized jurisdiction.
?Minimum 7 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in a combination of in-house and private practice. We are open to consider applications directly from private practice if the candidate has quasi-in-house experience such as secondment to clients.

?Experience in large, international and complex organizations.
