グローバル企業の強みを活かした、コンサルティングサービスを展開。財務プロセス改善、リスク管理、情報システム化、業務改革・改善などに強み。We are seeking experienced Senior Managers/Experienced Managers to join our Technology Consulting Practice in Tokyo. As a part of our growing practice, these leaders will play a critical role in building and expanding our capabilities to deliver world-class engagements for package-based COTS solutions (see list below), as well as driving overall Digital Transformation (DX) programs. In addition to the standard consulting responsibilities such as leading engagements, managing client relationships, and mitigating engagement risks, these leaders will have a unique focus in coaching and developing junior staff members through an apprenticeship model.
■Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage technology consulting engagements, ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and achievement of project objectives.
2. Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and helping clients navigate complex technology challenges.

■Requirements:
1. Significant experience in technology consulting, with a focus on SAP, SFDC, MSFT Power Platform and MSFT Dynamics and other COTS solution implementations or custom-built DX transformation programs.
2. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technology projects within large organizations.
3. Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and grow junior staff members in a collaborative and supportive manner.
4. In-depth knowledge of consulting methodologies, engagement governance principles, and project management frameworks.
5. Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs, provide strategic advice, and build lasting partnerships.
