- 仕事内容

Coordinating the expertise of back-office members and developing and reinforcing the back-office.You will be responsible for building a back-office structure while communicating with members and other related parties both domestically and internationally.
You will also be responsible for strengthening the member support system in line with business and organizational expansion, and managing back-office members with expertise.

【BASIC QUALIFICATIONS】
• Business level of English
• Management experience
• Back office experience
• Experience communicating with overseas parties

【PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS】
• Experience in either accounting or general affairs
• Experience in labor affairs (more than 3 years)
• Experience working for an overseas company (knowledge of tools used overseas, familiarity with global interactions)
• Qualification of Labor and Social Insurance Consultant or other qualifications related to labor affairs or accounting
• Expertise in back office operations
