As a Director - Development with the firm, you will lead remarkable real estate development project.As a Director - Development with the firm, you will lead remarkable real estate development project in Japan. This may include site feasibility, underwriting, entitlements, design, financing, construction, marketing, lease up, and disposition of the project. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support to the Senior Managing Director with managing broad aspects of project development,including feasibility, finance, zoning/land use, design, construction, and leasing.
- Assemble and manage all members of a development project team.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive project budgets in conjunction with project team and track ongoingproject financial performance.
- Support project equity and debt activities. Oversee project funding and disbursement requirements inconjunction with project accountants
- Source and pursue new development and investment opportunities
- Participate in investor relationship management and reporting.

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution：graduate degree preferred.
- 10+ years (preferably 15+ years) of direct experience in development project management, constructionmanagement, investment management, architectural, and/or engineering background.
- Experience of supertall development / mixed-use / residential projects
- Experience with the entitlement process and zoning related matters.
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting and job cost systems.
- Ability to create complex Excel models and perform detailed financial analysis. Demonstrating superioranalytical skills and providing a strong attention to detail.
- Experience and/or interest in sourcing new business opportunities.
- Native Japanese and business level English
