An international publishing organisation is looking for a Talent Video Director. The selected candidate will be in charge of talent sourcing, pitching, and negotiating video bookings and entertainment content. This role is based in Tokyo.
仕事内容
An international publishing organisation is looking for a Talent Video Director.
Responsibilities:

* Produce and manage high-level content
* Negotiate and obtain celebrity talent's permissions and rights to enable global usage and rights
* Coordinate shoot production details
* Visit photo shoots to ensure successful shoots as necessary
* Oversee social media promotion and public relations with key teams
* Participate in talent meetings to deliver booking updates

Requirements:

* Experience in editorial, digital, or TV booking
* Familiarity with pop culture and celebrities
* Possess a wide network with publicists, studios, music labels, etc.
* Strong knowledge of Japanese and APAC culture
* Proficient in multiple languages is advantageous
