A TEL Account Manager is now available at a global machine parts manufacturer.Responsibilities:
* Guarantee the business TEL sales strategies are fully implemented
* Ensure effective functioning of customer service and align activities
* Manage client estimates, orders, and confirmations
* Handle and resolve all customer inquiries within a set time
* Provide efficient sales to key customers
* Oversee ongoing improvement of customer service standards
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology discipline
* More than 5 years of experience in B2B sales or other related sales
* Understanding of computer applications or MS Excel
* Background in the semiconductor, flat panel display, and semiconductor industry (sub-system is a plus)
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in Japanese and English
