募集背景: A global renewable energy company is seeking an Assistant Manager, Business & Project Development. The qualified applicant will help grow and process the local renewables project pipeline. This is a Tokyo-based role.

仕事内容: A global renewable energy company is seeking an Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Develop utility solar projects by supporting project managers
* Conduct economic and financial analysis of proposed projects
* Handle projects in collaboration with the project finance team
* Negotiate, draft, and administer deal documentation
* Manage project due diligence and propose recommendations
* Ensure front-line market intelligence, regulatory and technology offerings

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, finance, economics, marketing, real estate or relevant discipline (MBA or MSc is ideal)
* 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
* 2-3 years of experience in business development or project development related to a utility-scale (10+ MW) renewable power plant (local solar is a plus)
* Practical experience in business contract negotiation with external parties
* Background of due diligence for project investment or financial modelling is desired
* Proficient in written and verbal Japanese; fluent level English preferred
