● Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and decompose high-level information into details
● Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Capability Modelling, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, Business Process Transformation, and Change Management are all critical parts of this role
● Responsible for BA deliverables through project lifecycle; inclusive of leading design sessions, building business scenarios for testing, reviewing test plans and ensuring the appropriate end-user acceptance testing is obtained and finally, ensuring the required stabilization plan for the solution is in place
● Liaises with internal & global and external technology teams, to ensure agreed business system features are properly implemented
● Troubleshoot and resolve incidents support to SAP system.
● Handle and resolve urgent situations and compliance-related issues

- 必須

● Minimum of 5 years of related BA experience.
● 3-5 Years of experience as a Technical BA within inhouse IT.
● Experience related to SAP SD/MM.
● Knowledge of CRM system is plus.
● At least 3 years of experience of project management in small/medium size of projects.
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in applied computer science.
● Bilingual level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business English.
