- 仕事内容

• Manage executives’ diaries, organize client & internal meetings /conference calls, arrange lunches/dinners, make travel arrangements, etc.
• Answer, screen & route telephone calls and receive visitors
• Ensure all communications with clients are handled professionally and accurately
• Process executives’ expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Enter contact notes and other data accurately into Salesforce & NetSuite
• Assist the Office Manager in: managing office supplies such as stationery, coffee/tea, snacks, etc., and reordering as necessary
organizing and maintaining the office filing system ensuring the office is clean and secure
• Ensure the company introduction materials are up to date and that there are sufficient stocks available for use
• Monitor Japanese client news, personnel changes, and other relevant news and share with the team as necessary
• Assist with marketing research on clients and their interests, as and when requested by executives.

Bachelor's/University degree
3 years or more experience as an assistant for non-Japanese executives
Native Japanese, Business English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
