The Customer Support Manager will play a key role post sales strategy, encourage retention among current + new users and lead our purpose-driven, fast-growing brand as a member of the Japan team.▪ Build the whole Customer Support strategy with deep customer insights to provide excellent & stable services and to ensure customer loyalty.
▪ Lead & inspire internal and external partners to bring the excellent executions via developing clear, insightful and creative goals.
▪ Optimize and manage outsourced Call Center budget and maintain KPIs, such as # of calls, AHT and Service Level.
▪ Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and analyze call center data to improve processes, ensure resource are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
▪ Ensure staffs are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action as needed.
▪ Responsible for answering to operator’s questions, guiding them through difficult call or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by operators.
▪ Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, leading team members and enable them to provide required level of supports.

- 必須

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience managing people with a group of 5 or more.
• 3+ years of actual experience working full-time in Customer Support section or department.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Passion for building brands and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Spoken / Written English, TOEIC 700+
• Highly IT literate, proficiency with necessary technology, including Microsoft Office applications and customer management systems.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
• Hands on with close attention to detail.
• Full of energy, quick to learn, dynamic, thrive under pressure, can do attitude.
