support the Tokyo-based team in evaluating, structuring, and closing transactions.- Participate in acquisition due diligence including lease reviews, market and tenant reviews.
- Prepare investment summaries to their Investment Committee and demonstrate strong ability to justify statements or address concerns with confidence.
- Review property operating agreements and acquisition documents.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the properties and portfolios to ensure alignment to business plan.
- Participate in property calls with partners, third party managers and leasing agents.
- Monitor property goals, leasing pipeline, market comparables and value creation initiatives.
- Participate in the preparation of annual property operating budgets and business plans as needed.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Involvement in special projects as needed.
- Establish and maintain market relationships, attend professional networking events to raise Company’s profile and increase visibility.
- Involve and assist in various client facing responsibilities.

- 必須

- BA/BS in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or other similar quantitative focus is a plus.
- More than 5 - 10 years of experience in real estate investment, with a track record of asset acquisitions.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting fundamentals is essential.
- Excellent problem solving, computer programming and modeling in Excel and general quantitative skills are a must.
- Individual must be able to work cooperatively and effectively as a team member.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and able to foster strong relationships and standing in the Japanese market
- High-level fluency in Japanese (verbal) and business fluency in English (written and verbal) communications skills.
