We currently have an open positions for Office Professional roles including Translator/Interpreter, Executive Assistant, Sales Assistant, Receptionist, General Affairs and many more.

- 仕事内容

• Organize meetings, c scheduling appointments/conference calls, make travel arrangements, and manage expenses
• Maintain sophisticated and complex calendar management for executive
• Creating and maintaining the internal/external emails
• Prepare presentation materials and take meeting minutes
• Translate documents and other materials from Japanese to English
• Interact with clients and interpret Japanese to English, and English to Japanese spoken communication, speeches and etc.
• Perform logistic coordination for assigned events such as venues booking, etc.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• More than 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
