A global leader in the financial services industry is looking for a Head of Marketing.Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute local marketing strategies
* Implement global and local marketing campaigns
* Assist the local sales team with strategic opportunities
* Oversee key segment activities and key partnerships
* Establish objectives and measure KPI
* Handle the contact and communication strategy for each segment, including emails, paid social, direct mailing and targeting campaigns
* Executing advertising to boost brand awareness
* Monitor and analyse competitions, marketing trends and best practices to implement effective strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business or equivalent
* 10+ years of marketing and communications experience in a global company
* Background in the asset management industry
* Expertise in online marketing and social media strategy
* Outstanding project management and decision-making skills
* Prior experience in marketing automation and CMR tools
* Fluent level English and Japanese
