Beyond Transition, M&A, spin-off, partnership or specific product launches, the Transition Project Manager is responsible for driving the journey of process consolidation, standardization, harmonization, optimization and automation to strengthen the business in the region and improving the customer experience and generate revenue.
仕事内容
Project manager with strong business acumen and familiarity with projects concerning the integration of businesses, M&As, and business planning.
* Drive the strategic process plan for functional/regional initiatives

* Identify and map how to continuously increase business efficiency

* Collaborate closely with leaders from different functions to assist in defining the integration approach, operational efficiencies, and key milestones and metrics for each acquisition

* Develope and redefine integration plans incorporating prior experience and best practices

* Drive project performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality and other key activities and behaviors.

* Develop project organization chart and governance structure that defines roles and responsibilities

* Day-to-day execution of the integration process, including managing weekly team meetings, following up with operational leaders and driving issue resolution

* Oversee projects, assign tasks, identify issues and risks, follow up and report status.

* Facilitate the development of key tracking metrics

* Apply change management approach to drive adoption. Foster continuous improvement efforts.

* Support the development of the organizational capabilities related to end-to-end or functional process and the overall Integration strategy.

* Has team work, agile, nimble, result-oriented

* Ability to drive end-to-end process walkthroughs to baseline processes and identify changes / impacts.

* Strong business acumen & communication skills to influence outcomes
* Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization from the end user level to senior management level.
* Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
* Change leadership: proven record and demonstrated understanding of change management and the tools to effectively embed change in the organization.
