* Serve as the Ultrasound subject matter expert and technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward.
* Advance new product features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans/strategies that support new product assimilation and ongoing training needs.
* Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training, monitor and report on training outcomes.
* Provide education/training sessions to internal sales team andchannel/distributors to gain better win rate and higher market share.
* Develop meaningful relationships with KOLs to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives.
* Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market situation.
* Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies

Japan PC Clinical Application Specialist is primarily responsible for PC segment Ultrasound System.
Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Serve as the subject matter expert (Ultrasound) and technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward.
* Advance new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans/strategies that support new product assimilation (Ultrasound) and ongoing training needs.
* Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training, monitor and report on training outcomes.
* Provide education/training sessions to internal sales team andchannel/distributors to gain better win rate and higher market share.
* Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives.
* Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues, and requirements.
* Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies

Required Qualifications

* Degree in Bachelor Science with minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in healthcare environment, hospitals or clinics
* Strong clinical and technical background
* Ideally licensed or registered clinical sonographer (Echocardiograph
* High level of interpersonal and communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations
* Self learner
* Customer focused
* Team player
