仕事内容: The Compliance Director will be responsible for the license application process to the Japan Financial Services Authority (FSA) and thereafter ensuring a comprehensive compliance program is maintained in accordance with the FSA regulatory framework, predominantly the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA). The Director will report to the Chief Compliance Officer (based in London). The Director will work closely with leadership of their Real Estate Investment Management GK.
The role will also include supporting the compliance program of their Singapore office, fund manager regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

必須: Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese is essential.
- Good communication and influencing skills to build relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Willingness to work collaboratively across functions, in a team environment.
- High level of initiative, the ability to act independently using sound judgment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Work Experience:
- A minimum of seven years compliance experience, which must include experience of the Japanese FIEA and the relevant FSA licenses described above.
- Participation in the Japan Investment Advisors Association (Toshi Komon Kyokai) and/or participation in industry working groups.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.

年収・給与: 2000万円～ 3000万円
※年収はあくまでイメージですので現状によりアップサイドはございます。
　例えば現状が3,500万円であれば同額を下回ることはございません。
