・Leadership of Systems Engineering discipline for Japanese OEM projects, working with all associated disciplines
to assure on time product delivery meeting technical, quality and cost targets.
・Key member of the Global Systems Engineering Team, defining, deploying consistent practices (processes/tools)
for Systems Engineering within Visteon
・Member of the Visteon Japan leadership team charged with overall organizational development to meet Visteon
strategic targets with Japanese customers.

- 必須

・15+ year experience in the Automotive/Consumer Electronics industry with experience across multiple disciplines
(Technical Management, Project Management, Business Management, Quality, Manufacturing)
・Development of Electro-mechanical/Embedded Software products in line with Standard Industry practices/standards
・Cross cultural/global team management experience both at a functional and project level
・Proven track record to work with global teams to achieve organizational and project goals
・Organizational development experience both for specific technical skills and more general project/business skill

・Knowledge and application of CLM tool chains to support product development
・Application of Functional Safety and Cybersecurity principles to product development
・Knowledge of ASPICE and associated development processes
・Experience in the use of standard quality tools
