■JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSES
He/She will execute and manage performance media campaigns across different channels especially SEM, for all the Group Brands. She/He will report to the Performance Media Strategist, being part of the Performance Media Team.
■RESPONSABILITIES:
Planning SEM and lower funnel activities based on the campaigns’ calendar
Coordinating creative assets and copy requests for SEM, and Programmatic campaigns
Updating and ensuring correct implementation of all the creativities, product feeds and tracking parameters
Monitoring performance marketing channels and their main KPIs and providing reports, analysis, and insights on a weekly and monthly basis
Coordinating objectives with agencies
Reporting to the HQ on a weekly basis
Providing solutions and optimizations and proposing new features to implement to improve performances of the channels

■REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Previous or current experience in media agencies
Strong and proven experience in SEA and knowledge of tools and platforms (in particular Google Ads, Bing Ads)
Proven management of performance marketing campaigns for ecommerce (ROI and conversion driven objective)
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Well-organized, accurate and details oriented
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Passionate about digital marketing
Exceptional communication and writing skills in English (fluent English, C1 level minimum is required)
BSc/BA in marketing, communications, digital management/advertising
