仕事内容: Tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
✓ Review end-to-end monthly accounting closing in compliance with accounting standard
✓ Provides financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
✓ Remotely manage and communicate with clients and partners located globally
✓ Manage team resources, set team goals, and coach the team in delivering quality accounting service to clients
✓ Proactively seek for continuous improvement on performance and efficiency within team
✓ Identify potential risk and recommend solutions
✓ Manage the issues raised internally/externally and report to internal Manager as required
✓ Support the Internal Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

応募資格

必須: Preferred Qualifications
✓ At least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate/Professional Degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy
✓ At least 5 years of experience in Accountancy
✓ Experience in public accounting/outsourcing/consulting firm in delivering accounting services to multiple clients
✓ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop good working relationship internally and externally
✓ Excellent in managing team resources and ability to build high morale team
✓ Excellent coaching and reviewing skill
✓ Highly organized and able to manage a project from end-to-end
✓ Able to maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
✓ Business level proficiency in English and Japanese

歓迎: Bonus Qualifications
✓ Certified CPA or equivalent
✓ People manager and client management experience
✓ Knowledge on accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamic Navision, SAP, Xero and Oracle.
