A reputable pharmaceutical organisation is looking for a Customer Experience Expert.Responsibilities:
* Create and deploy digital innovations within assigned brands
* Design and implement innovative customer experience strategies
* Ensure alignment between marketing activities and customer insights in Japan
* Make use of analytics to identify successes and areas of improvements
* Liaise with tech and marketing teams to enhance current promotional tools
* Collaborate with internal colleagues to boost user experience optimisation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (ideally in business or marketing)
* 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing
* Excellent digital literacy
* Fundamental knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is ideal
* Background in customer experience management in relevant sectors is preferred
* Business level Japanese; conversational level English
