募集背景: * Develop and Execute sustainable process for CEMA including APAC level development portfolio prioritization engaging stakeholder

* Managing projects through the project lifecycle using industry and Medtronic best practices

* Collaborate with countries and other regional function to maximize pipeline opportunities

* Analysis of operating models to define and drive realization of opportunities for efficiencies, quality, and compliance improvements

* Provide Clinical and Medical leadership team with insights and options to support team decisions with clarity of actions and to achieve the accountability

* Improvement initiatives across Clinical & Medical Affairs, and related functions

* Projects will vary from low to high level of complexity and may require some mentoring

* Manage the collection and coordination of team KPIs, template and deliverable maintenance, and team survey management

* Oversee portfolio of projects and disseminate status to stakeholders

仕事内容: The candidate will have primary focus responsibility to represent Clinical PMO &
Clinical Operational Excellence team
* Oversee portfolio of projects and disseminate status to key stakeholders

* Identify opportunities and plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)

* Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams

* Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities

* Collects data to identify root cause of problems

* Measures performance against process requirements

* May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control

* Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes

* Requires leadership knowledge to lead specific job areas, and detailed functional and operational expertise.

* Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with deep understanding of other areas within the job function.

* Requires a bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 3+ years of project managerial experience.

* Fluent English proficiency is required.

Nice to Have - (Preferred Qualifications):

* Experience in medical device industry in Clinical Research or Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Engineer

* Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Smartsheet or similar project management tools

* Experience managing projects in a global scope working with cross-functional teams * PMP and/or RMP certification preferred

* Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt from a recognized authority preferred
