A multinational industrial machinery firm is looking for a Sales Manager to work in their Osaka office.Responsibilities:
* Provide sales support to clients using the company's equipment
* Handle technical and commercial negotiations with clients
* Lead the execution of agreed sales and marketing activities for products and solutions
* Design a business plan and meet business targets for the assigned market
* Manage the maintenance and updates of sales projects in the CRM
* Oversee annual sales budget management
* Participate in trade shows as well as events
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, physics, or material science is preferred
* More than 5 years of sales experience in physical vapor deposition equipment or similar
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Ability and willingness to travel domestically or internationally
* Prior work experience within a multinational firm is ideal
* Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English (German is a plus)
