A well-established medical device enterprise is looking for a Facility Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee relocations of internal office employees
* Support the planning and preparation of facility modifications
* Supervise daily property maintenance and operations
* Aid the senior manager with the monthly budget review and verification
* Initiate global initiatives within the internal office
* Handle external vendor management activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business or facilities management is preferred
* 3-5 years of facility administration experience
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Possess a valid technical training certificate
* Skilled in MS Word and Excel
