- Develop the local marketing/commercial strategy such as retail/drug store, E-retail and COSTCO
- Develop and plan the local marketing action plan
- Drive the implementation of the marketing plans, activities and campaigns including creation of key visual, materials etc.
- Collaborate with Sales team in the Consumer Business Unit and lead brand strategy
- Plan and manage the marketing and advertising budgets
- Establish and manage forecasts with the Finance department
- Monitor brand performance and progress of KPIs, identify deviations and propose necessary actions to fix performance
- Understand consumer needs and competitive landscape, and proposes necessary product range/SKU for rapid growth
- Collaborate with Finance, Regulatory and Logistics and Global/Regional Consumer Business Unit
- Support assessment of business opportunities for further enhancement of performance and launch readiness of new products in collaboration with related functions and Global/Regional

Profile Requirements and Competencies
General requirements :
Education:
- University degree
- Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English
Work Experience:
- Minimum seven years of experience in Consumer Health or FMCG, especially skincare experience
- Brand marketing / New product launch experience in Japanese skincare market
- Expertise of local skincare market and various channels (Retail/Drug store chain, E-commerce and digital)
- Financial, Resource allocation skills, ability to negotiate with impact and influence and generate and manage a profitable operatio
