募集背景

* Program Planning and Operation
Contribute to the achievement of business goals and medium- to long-term business growth by planning and implementing academic strategy and marketing programs and webinars in collaboration with product managers, medical sciences, and promotion teams. (Mainly in charge of programs in Japan, but also in charge of overseas planning through collaboration with APAC and global)
* Digital Marketing
Through the management of the special website and the recruitment and distribution of Pardot members, we plan and implement promotional measures on digital channels.
* Communication within the Division
Planning and operation of events and communication measures to facilitate internal communication (monthly IC, etc.)
仕事内容
-
Field of Responsibility: Program Marketing of the Interventional Cardiology Division
- Planning, proposing, and executing academic society strategy and marketing programs based on business and marketing strategies
- Grasping market trends and needs and reflecting them in academic conferences and program planning
- Building good relationships with academic society heavyweights and national KOLs in order to improve BSC presence within the society
- Identify and prepare for implementation the right digital tools for effective and efficient promotional purposes
- Work with APAC stakeholders to plan and execute programs to improve
customer engagement
-Prepare program planning based on business division policies and marketing
strategies in cooperation with related internal departments and external
contractors
-Systematically manage and execute from planning to execution
-Consider and provide optimal solutions to achieve goals
-When the program is implemented, negotiate the contents with the speakers and chairpersons, invite them, manage the day
-In addition to measuring the effectiveness of the program as appropriate and reporting the results to the relevant parties, make suggestions for improvement to subsequent programs

Cardiology), (academic conferences, lectures, seminars)

* 5 years of experience in academic conference management, event planning, and educational programs for physicians in cardiovascular medicine (especially Interventional Cardiology), (academic conferences, lectures, seminars)
* Communication skills that enable you to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders (marketing, sales manager, compliance, KOL) (even online)
* be able to multitask projects and program management
* English: Communicative level in person (TOEIC score 700 or higher), mandatory reading and writing by e-mail, and high motivation to learn
* Japanese: Native level
